MORE THAN BEAUTY IS NOT RESONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost/stolen, or you accidentally provided an incorrect address please contact USPS. However, if you realized the address is incorrect before we have shipped the package, please contact us at info@morethanbeauty.net. After orders are shipped, we have no control over USPS process and cannot answer questions about delays, lost/stolen, and retuned packages. If packages are returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges for us to resend the package.
Once an order is received and payment is confirmed you will receive notification of shipment and tracking information.
Return/Exchange
Unfortunately, the items we currently carry are not eligible for return. The policy will be updated when more items are added to our product mix. However, if we send you the wrong item please be sure to contact us at info@morethanbeauty.net. Please provide us with your order number, a picture of the incorrect item, and the name of the missing item.
